Congratulations to CHS BPA. They returned home from Billings last night. Conrad has a new BPA State Officer, Lily is now State Secretary replacing Conrad's Hanna as an out going state officer. Annie and Lily earned the Statesman Torch Award. Hanna earned the Ambassador Torch Award. Conrad had many state placers led by Annie placing 4th in Interview Skills and Reece placing 5th in Database Applications. In total CHS will have 4 BPA members attending Nationals. We are proud of all 11 State BPA participants and their advisors, Mrs. Tomayer and Mrs. Chambers.




Boy's fought hard tonight against Malta losing 58-53. Game tomorrow will be at 2:30 against the loser of poplar and Rocky Boy. Go Cowboys!

The Cowboy's season came to an end today losing to Poplar 47-59. Good season Cowboys.
The Cowboys lost 53-58 in a tough game against Malta. They will play the loser of Rocky Boy and Poplar at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon.

CHS students enjoying some time at the Museum of the Rockies while attending Science Olympiad competition in Bozeman.

As our 7-12 Science Olympiad students travel to Bozeman with Ms. Tomayer for two days of competing. Ms. Tomayer and students leave behind lots of butterflies, purchased through CCEF, in the chrysalis stage. Ms. Tomayer uses them to teach the complete metamorphosis cycle and importance of insects in our ecosystem to her middle school and biology students.

In an epic showdown in the Junior High Badminton Bracket, Bentley came out on top, defeating Elektra. Big congratulations to Bentley for showing off those skills and earning the victory!
Thanks to the generous donations from CCEF's One Classroom at a Time grant and other local businesses, Mr. Sekerak is offering a fly-tying class to CHS students. As the weather improves, FWP will help organize an opportunity for students to test their craftsmanship in the field.



Spring sports are around the corner!

Due to lack of interest, only two teams, the middle school wrestling mixer scheduled for Feb. 28th has been cancelled. The kids will travel to Havre the next day. Sorry for any inconvenience.
